Tilfi Banaras – Banaras, Bombay

When Tilfi set its sights on Mumbai, it wasn’t just about opening a store—it was about finding stillness in a city that never stops. Much like Banaras, Mumbai holds quiet pockets where time slows, and the spirit breathes. The campaign set out to capture those spaces—refined, rooted, and full of grace.

Shot by Bikramjit and brought to life by the same core team behind every Tilfi campaign, this was a continuation of a creative relationship built on deep understanding. That consistency shaped every layer of production—from the way we approached the brief to how we navigated the city’s rhythm.

We filmed in some of Mumbai’s most iconic architectural gems—hidden sanctuaries that required sensitive handling, precise permissions, and tight scheduling. Every frame was intentional, every movement deliberate. The production had to hold the same stillness we were aiming to show.

And yet, it was the quieter moments that made it unforgettable—like waiting on the rooftop of a heritage theatre for the perfect light, sharing vada pao with the crew, the city humming below us. Simple, grounded, and somehow perfect.
